Wandroz has no accounts, no logins, no forms and no newsletter. It does not ask you for personal data and has nothing to sell. What follows is the complete list of what is nevertheless collected, by whom, and how to stop it.
Nothing. There is no database of visitors, no profile, no identifier set by this site.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, which it uses to derive an approximate location and then discards at full precision. This is used only in aggregate — how many people read the Rome map, not who read it. The legal basis is legitimate interest in understanding whether the site is useful; you can object by any of the means below, and nothing on the site stops working if you do.
The site is served as static files by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. Wandroz does not read these logs to identify anyone.
Maps are drawn with Leaflet using tiles from OpenStreetMap; loading a map sends a request to OpenStreetMap's tile servers, which see your IP address as any image request would. Accommodation links go to Booking.com, which applies its own privacy policy once you arrive there. See the affiliate disclosure for what those links are and are not.
No data is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no social-network trackers, and no fingerprinting. Wandroz does not attempt to identify individual visitors, and nothing on this site is directed at children.
If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data relating to you. Since Wandroz holds no personal data of its own, most requests concern Google Analytics, and the opt-outs above are the fastest route. If you have written to Wandroz and want that correspondence deleted, say so and it will be.
